Expert in the legalisation of foreign nationals since 2015. She began her career as a consultant and specialist in working with migrants in Polish government institutions, where she assisted foreign nationals with matters relating to legal residence, adaptation and integration. She worked in charitable organisations, helping women, families and people with migration experience from various countries around the world. In 2023, she founded the ‘DOM tam gdzie TY’ Foundation, which today brings together a team of experts in legalisation. She is actively involved in educational activities, raising awareness of migrants’ rights in Poland, and developing information and educational projects that help foreign nationals adapt more quickly, exercise their rights with confidence and integrate successfully into Polish society.

Vice-President of the “DOM tam, de TY” Foundation
Expert on the legalisation of foreign nationals since 2015. In 2023, together with Olena Dekhtiar, she co-founded the “DOM tam gdzie TY” Foundation. Her many years of practical experience in supporting migrants — from the first steps towards legal residence in Poland to obtaining Polish citizenship — formed the basis for the Foundation’s modern educational programmes and social initiatives.
She is the creator of the ‘School of Legalisation for Foreigners’ and other projects that help migrants not only to legalise their stay, but also to adapt more quickly, integrate successfully into Polish society, understand and exercise their rights, take advantage of the opportunities Poland offers, and build their future with confidence.
TETIANA NESTEROVICH

An expert with many years’ experience in the field of legalising the residence and employment of foreign nationals in Poland, and a lecturer on her own course on the legalisation of foreign nationals. Inna Makarova

Expert in administrative procedures and communication with government bodies. She drafts letters, applications, appeals and explanations of any complexity, and assists with matters relating to ZUS, the 800+ benefit, the ‘Good Start’ programme, obtaining duplicate documents from Ukraine, children’s education in Polish schools, translations, as well as the processing of residence cards and CUKR applications. She works quickly, to a high standard and with a focus on results.
